1. No Returns or Exchanges
All products sold on www.cravino.in are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their perishable nature.
Please make sure to review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch.
Once an order is baked, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
